PRIVACY POLICY

The purpose of this policy is to show you how we control, process, handle and protect your personal data, including your rights under current laws and regulations.

Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) we control and/or process your personal information in the following ways;

Consent: By placing an order you are giving us permission to process your personal data specifically for the purpose identified. This information includes: Name, full address, contact number and email address.

Sharing your information: The only third parties given your information by us are Royal Mail,  WiX Payments (for card payments) and Paypal / Clearpay for payment. These are all safe but if you are unsure please see these providers for their privacy policies.
We will never sell or give your information to any other person/company.

Data Retention: We will continue to process your information under this basis until you withdraw your consent or it is determined consent no longer exists. No hard copy of your details will be kept by us, we use details off each order as they come through. 

By submitting photo's to use on Social Media, Email or other platforms you are giving Sew like Lacey permission to publish your photos on all Social Media platforms, any email campaigns and to also allow us to use these images to showcase any items made on our website www.sewlikelacey.com . Should you wish for us to remove any product photos containing images of owned by you, please email sewlikelacey@outlook.com or click the "let's chat!" option below.

Our company website is hosted on the wix.com platform. Wix.com provide us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products to you. Your data may be stored through wix.com's data storage, databases and the general wix applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall. Please see Wix help centre for further info on their Privacy Policy.

Refund Policy

If you receive a product that you are unhappy with, please contact sewlikelacey@outlook.com or click the "Lets Chat!" Option on the website, as soon as possible and I will work with you to resolve the issue. 

Our refund policy states that if you are unsatisfied with your item/s you have 14 days to return in an unused, unworn state. If the item has been worn and it has defects after use we will not offer a refund. If the item has arrived with defects please contact us to arrange a refund / replacement. You as the buyer are responsible for sending any items back SIGNED FOR and covering the postage. Once we have received the item/s we will check these over and contact you to arrange a mutual solution.
