What is your return policy?
Our refund policy states that if you are unsatisfied with your item/s you have 14 days to return in an unused, unworn state. If the item has been worn and it has defects after use we will not offer a refund. If the item has arrived with defects please contact us to arrange a refund / replacement. You as the buyer are responsible for sending any items back SIGNED FOR and covering the postage. Once we have received the item/s we will check these over and contact you to arrange a mutual solution.
What is your current turn around?
Here at Sew Like Lacey we like to ensure we don't take on too much work to give you the best quality of clothing for you little one's. Our current turn around from processing to creating your gorgeous clothing and accessories is up to 21 working days (As of 06/011/2021). If you need any items sooner we will work to try our hardest to fulfill your requirements, but don't forget to check the ready made section!

What are the payment options?
You can securely checkout using wix payments (credit/debit card), Paypal , applepay and Clearpay. We receive the payment and none of your bank details.
Product care guide
The clothing items you receive are not be washed any higher than 30 with similar colour items. we recommend that you do not tumble dry these items but to hang dry them. To prevent damage to your clothing please try and stick to these guidelines. please keep all clothing away from fire.
Here at Sew like Lacey we use royal mail second class signed for to get all of your items sent to you. Please bear in mind Sew Like Lacey's turn around is up to 21 working days, this does not include any delays Royal Mail might have depending on your ares, so please allow 3 to 10 working days for Royal Mail deliveries. You will receive a dispatch email once your order is complete.
Where do we ship to?
Postage to the United Kingdom, however if wanting international please contact me to discuss extra postage chargers.
